Add an option to the board or committee that changes the name of the meeting packet to a custom name.

Add additional meeting participants as guests. They will be given access to the meeting agenda and related documents.

Includes Office 365, Outlook.com , live.com , or hotmail calendar

Votes show in the agenda, when the vote is created. And then Minutes Builder has the vote already there, and the outcome can be recorded while still recording the minutes.

When an event spans multiple days, such as a board retreat, it is helpful to create a separate agenda for each day of the event.

Want to RSVP Yes, but need to add a note (such as "I will be late").

Reports that would show logins, edits, doc uploads, packet views, attendance, voting, etc.. Report could be viewed/exported by Admins and sharable.
