Allow the ability to create subfolders within a document group. Ie: I'd like to have a folder within a given group for each year.
This will allow for a much cleaner look.

Need a place in Documents where you can link to "working docs" that are still in draft stage. Maybe an integration to Sharepoint/GoogleDrive so you could easily get to the SP/GD documents from inside the portal?

Allow "Important Links" that can be added (URLs) to the documents section, or within a document group (perhaps a + Link button). We have a number of calendars, websites, etc. that are online and we don't need to have an actual document, as it changes frequently. Having an Important Links area would help tremendously.

It would be helpful to have more control over the documents categories - to be able to decide what order they're displayed in, to be able to archive files (so they're viewable by admins but not board members), to be able to have the categories start "minimized" (so that categories with many documents do not take up the whole page when it first loads, and can be expanded by the user).
