After publishing minutes, the downloaded minutes do not include the Committee or Board name, meeting date, and meeting location. These need to be included for legal purposes.

The column labeled "role" is blank when downloading. If that was filled in, it would be much easier to sort the downloaded list into board members and other roles. Thank you.

Hello, It would be really helpful if we were able to produce a PDF of our current board to include their photo, terms, contact information, and committee assignments. This would support our onboarding as well as our documents we send to grantors. While there is an excel version, it still requires me to make a new document with all the information already listed in BoardSpot. When building minutes, I would like the full agenda to transfer over, not just the headers and presenters.

Add an option to the board or committee that changes the name of the meeting packet to a custom name.

In Presentation Mode, when opening an attachment to the agenda, two features would be helpful: (1) Ability to set a default zoom level for all attachments (so when they open they are automatically zoomed to the level I like) (2) Return to the same place in the agenda I was at when I opened the attachment (it currently returns to the top of the agenda)

Our ability to use these features are limited because we can't attach documents. We'd like that option. As things stand, we still need to maintain separate email lists outside the system. Thanks.

Would like function to be able to add signature to minutes without having to pdf the minutes and then attach the file once added in adobe.

A feature that will be useful to board members would be for the Committee and Board pages to indicate who the committee chair is. I realize this can be put into the Description box, but a dropdown to choose a person when setting up the committee page, and indicating that person on the committee home page, would be helpful.

Would be great if there was just a "duplicate" button and then we could go in and adjust the date of the meeting. Most of our meetings are exactly the same. We'd just erase the agenda and change the date and voila. I'm setting up 30+ meetings for our fiscal year right now and it's a pain. Recurring meetings don't work because I still have to go in individually and add the Zoom link, the location, change the date, and the title isn't what we want it to say.
