Create the ability to email 1) invitees and 2) meeting attendees before, during and after meetings.

The context of the agenda items lives on the agenda and the discussion of those agenda items lives in the minutes. I'm looking for a way to COMBINE these two things - ie for the information in the agenda to pull over to the minutes builder and be downloadable in a single document with the logo, attendance, etc..

Allow Admins to create surveys inside BoardSpot that could be sent to entire Board, certain committees, etc.

Would like to be able to download the meeting participants straight into a spreadsheet.

When we set up recurring meetings, we should be able to add in a Zoom link that's the same for all meetings, and a draft (template) agenda that can be edited as needed but otherwise appears in all meetings.

multi-line meeting locations (like addresses with street, city, zip, etc) get run together on one line in meeting invitations. For example, "Galleries217 Johnson StreetSanta Fe, NM 88888". If I enter the address using a soft-break (shift+return) instead of a hard break, they get formatted more clearly, "Cody's Office 217 Johnson Street Santa Fe, NM 87501".

First off, great improvement with the download of the roster of the People. The CSV and Excel work great! One suggestion is to provide the names of the committees the people are members of. The status role is there, but not the memberships. Even something like a string of memberships initially (Membership header with a field of Committee 1, Committee 2, etc.) OR download that breaks out membership by tab, so that people are duplicated, but each tab is membership in different committees. I know some are "private" and membership may not be shared, but a suggestion anyway.

Add additional meeting participants as guests. They will be given access to the meeting agenda and related documents.

Admins can see records on what email was sent, to whom, when sent, delivery confirmation, and open rate.
