I don't see access to add an agenda, add documents, add meeting dates, method of sending emails regarding upcoming meetings. The only thing present in the "Education Committee" for me as the Chairman is to take attendance.

The ability to upload docs by drag and drop to would be super cool! Instead of clicking "Attach Doc" each time.

Hi, it would be amazing if we could upload multiple documents at once! Sometimes we have a slide deck and 5 supporting documents, and uploading each documene one by one is strenuous.

Add additional meeting participants as guests. They will be given access to the meeting agenda and related documents.

The context of the agenda items lives on the agenda and the discussion of those agenda items lives in the minutes. I'm looking for a way to COMBINE these two things - ie for the information in the agenda to pull over to the minutes builder and be downloadable in a single document with the logo, attendance, etc..

When member updates their profile email address or phone number, send notification to the Administrator (so they can update their other systems and promote BoardSpot as the source of truth).

Includes Office 365, Outlook.com , live.com , or hotmail calendar
