Feature Requests

We noticed that Google calendar reflects only the date and name of of the meeting but not the organization. For example Sep 19 Executive Committee meeting. Some board members sit on many boards and therefore this is not sufficient information for them. I should note that my Outlook calendar shows the full name.

The email I receive when I make a TIME change to a meeting in BoardSpot says that the DATE has changed, which is misleading. It would be great if it actually said the TIME has changed, when it is only a time change. Thank you!

Ability to "Send Invitations" for all meetings in the series at once, rather than having to send invites meeting by meeting.

We actually really miss the ability to e-mail all meeting participants from BoardSpot with the RSVP link attached without sending the meeting invitations - our members use a variety of e-mail & calendaring services/solutions and not everyone wants to receive the meeting invitations. (Maybe the architecture is such that this is actually impossible to re-implement though?)

Would be great to have a lightweight "event" we could share (and do invitations and RSVPs through) that is not a full meeting, for more social board events like Board dinners and other get-togethers that do not have an agenda, minutes, etc.

We have a number of meetings that happen on the same day every year, it'd be nice to schedule that and not have to recreate the meeting every year.

When downloading an RSVP list, please display who is YES in person and who is YES remote (vs. just simply YES)

There is an issue with the screen jumping to the top of the agenda when items were opened. Can this be fixed?
