It would be helpful to be able to add our zoom link when I create recurring meetings. As it is now, if I am adding 12 meetings for the year then I have to go into each meeting individually and add the zoom link. All of our meetings have a zoom option. We have 12 board meetings and 6 committees which usually meet monthly so we're talking about 84 meetings that I have to update individually. Very inefficient use of time.
Also, is there a way for the Zoom link to just default for every meeting? I thought that it would be more seamless when I linked our Zoom account.

When we set up recurring meetings, we should be able to add in a Zoom link that's the same for all meetings, and a draft (template) agenda that can be edited as needed but otherwise appears in all meetings.

As I approach a new fiscal year and just spent countless hours adding Webex information to reoccurring meetings for 11 boards, I feel compelled to respond to this suggestion again. Four touches per meeting to add physical address, link, phone number, meeting code multiplied by 11 boards times 10 meetings per year. I can hardly wait to start building out the new year of committee meetings -- we only have 7 of them at 10 meetings per year. :(

Just posting again to boot it up back the chain. There are several similar requests, including one about just duplicating a meeting. Can you please put this earlier on the roadmap than later? It's a significant pain point in using Boardspot.

We don't use Zoom, but I feel your pain. We have 11 boards and 7 active committees with reoccurring meetings. It is a lot of touch points just to set up each "reoccurring" BoardSpot meeting!
