It would be very convenient for us and our auditors if the table of contents would jump to the corresponding place in the packet instead of opening the doc in a new tab. I have seen some board portals where they work this in by making it so that you can access the sidebar "table of contents" and it will breakdown the agenda by sections so you can click on that section and automatically jump to that place in the packet.

Minutes from previous meetings need to be attached to upcoming meetings for approval.

The ability to upload docs by drag and drop to would be super cool! Instead of clicking "Attach Doc" each time.

HI, We are looking to add another level of confidentiality for certain documents we upload. Is there a way to add a password or limit access to certain document folders?

Annually our board completes confidentiality agreements, tax declarations and conflict of interest forms. Having the ability to send the link through boardspot and then board completes forms that get uploaded to a 'private' file to boardspot - our sent to me directly.

Instead of uploading a new document, administrators will be able to browse existing documents within BoardSpot to attach an already uploaded document.
