We would like to create a secure, administrator-only section within BoardSpot to house our Board Member “personnel” files. These files include governance compliance documents such as background check verification, Abuse Prevention Training certificates, Conflict of Interest forms, Board Agreements, and demographic forms.
To ensure confidentiality and proper governance practices, access would need to be restricted to the CEO, Board Chair, Governance Chair, and COO.
Could you please advise on the best way to configure BoardSpot to securely house these files, either through individual member profiles or a restricted administrative folder?
