Create an email/meeting option to allow members to send an email or create a meeting through BoardSpot without having to create a dummy committee.

When a single occurrence meeting or recurring series of meetings is created, the admin would have the ability to select participant(s) who are excluded from that meeting/series of meetings.

Sometimes we have guests that are part of most but not all committee meetings. It would be ideal to be able to pick which meetings they should be part of and/or exclude them from some meetings.

Being able to manually type in presenters into agenda instead of just selecting pre-made guest users, staff & committee members.

we sometime need to add people to a committee's meeting that are not a member of that committee. Adding them to the committee and then removing them in onerous. There should be a way to "invite" anyone into any committee meeting.
