When uploading meeting minutes, add options to include additional documents. Options include Meeting Agenda, Attendances, and Votes

Place for committee members to post comments and hold discussions. Integrates with email so members can reply/post from portal or email. Way for members to subscribe/unsubscribe from individual discussions.

Annually our board completes confidentiality agreements, tax declarations and conflict of interest forms. Having the ability to send the link through boardspot and then board completes forms that get uploaded to a 'private' file to boardspot - our sent to me directly.

Ability for Org Admins to search the titles of all documents in the portal, and be notified where the document is housed (which committee, etc).

Admins can see records on what email was sent, to whom, when sent, delivery confirmation, and open rate.

As an admin, I would like to send an email to all the members of a board or committee. I should be able to choose from among all members of the board or committee whom I would like to send the email to.

Ability for customer to "save a custom template" their Agendas for each committee/type of meeting. Then when creating meeting the customer can "start with template" which will auto populate the agenda builder.

The meeting minutes builder lets admins collaboratively create meeting minutes in real-time. Notes can be added to each agenda item. Votes and attendances are automatically added to the minutes.
