It would be great to have the ability to attach documents to the minutes rather than just the agenda. Sometimes the minutes reflect that an agenda attachment needs to be updated.

Option to add Agenda, Votes and Attendance as an attachment in the Minutes.

When the Minutes attendance lists out each name, include the titles of each person as well.

Place you can see all Minutes for a Committee in one spot.

Draft and Publish states, including notification to meeting participants when the Minutes are published.

Minutes attendance include non-voting Ex Officio members.
