Add additional meeting participants as guests. They will be given access to the meeting agenda and related documents.

When creating a recurring meeting, allow zoom meetings to be created and attached to the BoardSpot meeting automatically.

When an event spans multiple days, such as a board retreat, it is helpful to create a separate agenda for each day of the event.

There are times when people will attend a meeting, but should not have access to some of the agenda items. This feature would allow access to be restricted on a per-agenda item basis to exclude individual people.

When creating a meeting that is in the past, the system does not know who the members at the time were. Instead of leaving meeting participants empty, allow the admin to choose between three options: Empty Current board or committee members Select participants individually

Want to RSVP Yes, but need to add a note (such as "I will be late").
