Feature Requests

Ability for customer to "save a custom template" their Agendas for each committee/type of meeting. Then when creating meeting the customer can "start with template" which will auto populate the agenda builder.

The meeting minutes builder lets admins collaboratively create meeting minutes in real-time. Notes can be added to each agenda item. Votes and attendances are automatically added to the minutes.

Would be nice to be able to send a meeting cancellation notice through BoardSpot.

When creating a meeting, the meeting can be designated as a recurring meeting, with several different options for how the meeting repeats (eg: Monthly on the 15th, The third Tuesday of each month). Individual meeting dates can then be updated independently, or the repeating pattern can be altered for future meetings.
