When creating a committee, you can specify whether the committee is a standard committee of the Board of Directors, or if it is a subcommittee. Subcommittees are listed adjacent to their parent committee.

Expand the quorum requirements to support both number of members and percentage of members, along with a designation for whether the percentage is exactly that percentage or a percentage + 1 member. In addition, number and percentages can be used together, with an option to choose whether both criteria need to be met, or just one.
