Need ability to have some Ex Officio board members allowed to vote while other Ex Officio board members are not allowed to vote.

Yes, we also having voting ex-officio members.

This can be accomplished by adding another section of people on the People page titled Board Members - non voting. The engineers have to create this. Chat support for help with this.
