Our COI policy requires an annual declaration by each board member and other interested parties / covered persons. Would be good to find a way to use BoardSpot to prompt the annual declaration by each member.

We have a similar provision and Rich's suggestion would be a great addition to BoardSpot.

Ability to report on signatures. For instance, if a doc needs to be signed by multiple people/everyone in the Org, the Admin needs a way to pull a report and see who has and has not yet signed.

We currently use Docusign for this, but it would be great to send everyone through BoardSpot instead.
