Edit attendance in minutes

In the Minutes feature, attendees are shown with the roles set by BoardSpot rather than their actual roles in our organization. For example, if the board chair attends a meeting he's not a formal member of, we have to designate him as a guest, so that's how he shows up in the minutes. We'd like to customize the attendance categories, as we can for the rest of the agenda. Thank you.
