When you open an individual document from the agenda, the name it shows in the browser tab calls upon the Title from the metadata of the document (which in our case is typically "Untitled"). It would be far more helpful if it showed the file name of the file.

Voters, can you share with me if you imagine working docs to be about discussion/adding annotations, or actually changing the content of the doc?

Under 'Add a new document' button, ability to choose "Paste link". This would accommodate working documents rather than static documents. The links should be shortened and give Admin ability to rename them. The link would show up in the same list with pdfs.
