Calendar meeting title to include organization name

We noticed that Google calendar reflects only the date and name of of the meeting but not the organization. For example Sep 19 Executive Committee meeting. Some board members sit on many boards and therefore this is not sufficient information for them. I should note that my Outlook calendar shows the full name.

I receive LOTS of complaints about this from my board as well.

I always add the name of our organization before the committee name - my version has a string behind it, but I want to make sure our company is the first thing they see.
