Control When Emails are Sent

Emails are automatically sent when agendas are published and changes are made to the meeting. 90% of the time this is what is needed, but there are times when it would be helpful to limit the communication being sent to meeting attendees. Being able to decline emailing everyone and still save updates would ideal.

Along with this functionality, it would be helpful to be able to preschedule emails you want sent at a later date and time. For example, send a meeting reminder, along with the agenda and materials, a few days before a board meeting.
